Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. This website, www.claimcokecinematickets.co.uk, can be used by recipients of a unique claim code (issued by Coca-Cola) to claim their cinema reward (the “Reward”). The Reward consists of:
    • 2 x ODEON Adult voucher codes
    • 2 x ODEON Child voucher codes (for those aged 14 or under)
    • 4 x ODEON Classic Combo voucher codes (each consisting of one medium popcorn and one medium dispensed drink)
  2. Recipients of a valid claim code shall be directed to enter their code at the promotional microsite and enter the details as requested, including name and e-mail address. By return, they shall receive an email containing their Reward, allowing the recipient to watch a standard 2D screening at any ODEON nationwide, excluding Islington Luxe and Dine, ODEON Luxe Leicester Square and BFI IMAX (vouchers must be used in line with ODEON’s terms and conditions below).
  3. Claim codes must be entered on the website by 31st December 2023. Applications made after this date will not be eligible and applications may only be made online using the method described above, claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.
  4. The cinema codes involved cannot be sold or exchanged for any other service, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or alter the offer at any time in the event of a technical fault which prevents entry in accordance with these terms and conditions or other exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  7. Unless an entrant has actively opted in to receive more information from the Promoter, any personal data provided by an entrant, including their name and any email address and postal address, will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third party supplier where appropriate for the purposes of administering the promotion, and completing delivery of the cinema ticket vouchers only, and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.   8. This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer.

Adult Luxe Anytime Terms and Conditions
  1. Voucher code may be exchanged for one ticket with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK and Republic of Ireland EXCEPT the following cinemas: Islington Luxe and Dine, ODEON Luxe Leicester Square and BFI IMAX. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.
  2. Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI.
  3. In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter.
  4. Not valid for Premier seats, Club seats, D-Box seats, VIP seats, super luxury seats, any other premium priced seating, 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. There will be no seat upgrade fees in a Luxe cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.
  5. Not valid on Gallery, ODEON Luxe and Dine, ODEON Event Cinema, ODEON Kids, ODEON Silver Cinema, ODEON Newbies or ODEON Screen Unseen. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.
  6. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  7. Voucher code is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only.
  8. Voucher code is for your personal use only.
  9. Voucher code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.
  10. Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.

Child Luxe Anytime Terms and Conditions

Classic Combo Terms and Conditions
  1. Voucher code may be exchanged for one Classic Combo in any ODEON Cinema except Islington Luxe & Dine or any future additional Luxe & Dine sites.
  2. Classic Combo consists of one medium popcorn and one medium dispensed drink.
  3. Order & Collect Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to order your Classic Combo online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on cinema kiosks, at participating Order & Collect cinemas.
  4. In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your Classic Combo voucher code at the retail counter.
  5. For cinemas that do not offer Order & Collection, this voucher can only be redeemed at the retail counter.
  6. Bottled drink may replace dispensed drink where dispensed drinks are unavailable.
  7. Combo upgrades for Toppers and/or Premium Drinks will incur an additional fee.
  8. Not valid for any other type of Combo or Food & Beverage product/s.
  9. Voucher code cannot be used to buy tickets, gift vouchers, gift cards, or any other ODEON goods or services.
  10. Voucher code is valid up to and including the day shown only.
  11. Voucher code is for your personal use only.
  12. Classic Combo is subject to availability and may not be available in all sites.
  13. Voucher cost includes Sugar Tax where applicable.
